Online application for musicians & companies.

By concluding a paid advertising contract online, you book an advertising space on our website. Please be aware that we do not accept online orders from underage natural persons.

How it works.

Sign up and place an advertising order with us.
After our confirmation we will forward an invoice for advance payment.
Next step is the confirmed receipt of your payment.
We'll then contact you in order to prepare your web space on our website.
Your web space advertising contract is valid for 12 months.

Online registration & placing an advertising order subject to payment

a) Online registration
Registration including the placing of an advertising order subject to payment requires data, including personal data that are required to conclude a legally valid contract with you or to fulfill the contract and/or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
b) Privacy policy
Registration including placing an advertising order subject to payment can only take place and is only permitted if you have read the agency’s privacy policy and have given your consent.
c) Declaration of consent regarding personal data
In addition, registration including placing an advertising order subject to payment can only take place and is only permitted if you have read the declaration of consent regarding personal data (i.e. consent according to the GDPR 2018) and have given your consent. The declaration of consent according to the GDPR 2018 is part of the general terms and conditions. However, in your interest in terms of data protection, you may expressly request in addition to your given consent a declaration of consent form, which can be forwarded separately by e-mail to print, fill out, sign and return.
d) Terms and Conditions
Registration including placing an advertising order subject to payment can only take place and is only permitted if you have read the agency’s general terms and conditions and have given your consent.
e) Placing of an advertising order subject to payment
In addition, registration including placing an advertising order subject to payment can only take place and is only permitted if you declare your consent to the placing of an advertising order subject to payment with our agency.

Duration of advertising contract & costs

a) Duration of the advertising contract
The advertising contract is valid for 12 calendar months. It is concluded for an indefinite period of time and is automatically extended by one year at a time, unless one of the two parties terminates the contract in writing at least 3 months before the end of the respective contract period.
b) Costs
The service descriptions and costs of our advertising service packages can be found in our Webshop. You can select one of our offers which suits you best. Our online offers are billed for the total amount of the commissioned advertising for 12 calendar months in advance.

Order acceptance by the agency, invoice & certificate of advertising order

a) Your order takes place through our written confirmation
If we accept your advertising order, we will send you a written confirmation of acceptance (by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address which you specified when ordering). The advertising contract is only concluded on the basis of our confirmation of acceptance and is binding for both parties.
b) Invoice
Together with our written order confirmation an advance invoice will be sent by e-mail, which must be paid upon receipt. Payment must be made to the agency's account specified on the invoice.
c) Certificate of advertising order
Following our written confirmation of acceptance and the confirmed receipt of your payment, you will receive an e-mail with a link to download your digital order certificate (JPEG file) displaying the advertising service package you have selected & ordered. The link is active for 30 days. This file is for information purposes only.

Next steps following the download link activation & your download

A period of at least 10 days applies from the activation of the download link by the agency and your subsequent download of the order certificate (the order-related activation of the link and the download implies our written acceptance confirmation and the confirmed receipt of your payment) in order to enable you sending the advertising material to be placed in a timely manner.

Advertisements are generally placed on the first of a calendar month.

Individual agreements with you can deviate from the above provisions.

*TEAL SPACE basically corresponds, in terms of scope of services, to the offer TEAL CLASSIC. As per the agency's social business agenda, a special price is offered.
