Elizaveta Tomanova

Elizaveta Tomanova is a Russian pianist who began to study music at the age of 4 under the guidance of her mother Tatiana Tomanova. In the year 2016 she graduated with honors from the Kazan School for the gifted and attended the Kazan Conservatory in the class of Prof. Rem Urasin. Elizaveta graduated in 2021 and is currently studying at the Franz Schubert Conservatory (Vienna, Austria) in the class of Prof. Tamara Atschba.

Since Elizaveta was 6, she has been actively participating in international and national concerts and competitions. She has performed in various prestigious concert halls, such as the Moscow International House of Music (Russia), the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Hall (Russia), Salzburg Mozarteum (Austria), Nice Conservatory (France) and many more. She has already won prizes in a number of competitions such as the Shostakovich Competition in Moscow (Russia), Georgy Sviridov Competition in St. Petersburg (Russia), Premio Paolo Spincich in Trieste (Italy), the Carlo Mosso Competition in Alessandria (Italy) and Simone Delbert-Février Competition (Nice, France).

She performed with the Musica Viva Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Alexander Rudin at the Russian-Polish Festival "Youth Academy of Arts", and was a member of the Music and Art Festival of the S. Richter Foundation in Tarusa (Russia), performing with The Youth Orchestra under the direction of Ivan Velikanov. Also, for several years Elizaveta attended the Summer Creative School "New Names" under guidance of Denis Matsuev (Suzdal, Russia), and the International Creative School of the S. Richter Foundation.

Elizaveta takes part in various master-classes by leading music teachers, such as the Moscow Conservatory Professors Ludmila Roschina, Nina Kogan, Andrei Diev, and Andreas Weber from Salzburg Mozarteum (Austria), or Jean-Bernard Pommier (France). In the summer of the year 2021, Elizaveta took part in the International Festival Virtuoso & Belcanto in Lucca (Italy) and held master classes with Prof. Boris Berman (Yale University).
